Legislation in the field of taxi has changed in recent years, the state decided that this type of public transport should be in “free swimming” and this should be stopped. But the very first results of the application of the new “taxi law” in the summer of 2012 showed that not everything is so simple. And while the legislators were waiting for how, after the entry into force of Federal Law No. 69, all taxi drivers will receive licenses, the exact opposite happened. And now, the results of all legislative decisions were summed up at the International Taxi Eurasian Forum 2013. The event was held in St. Petersburg on August 8 and 9. And while lawmakers figured out where the mistake was, at the exhibition (held as part of the forum), various companies talked about their achievements in technological terms. And it turned out that the technical side of the taxi business feels several times better than the legislative one. And some companies even promptly proposed solutions to some of the difficulties caused by the “taxi law”.
So, the representative of ZM Russia - Galina Wilhelm spoke at the forum. The company offers a simple and easy way to solve the problem of color uniformity. Instead of repainting each car, they say in the presentation, it can be glued with film.
And in fact, everything really looks good. The ZM company is transnational, has offices in seventy countries of the world, and has its own production in forty. Numerous certificates are responsible for quality. The representative of ZM Russia told why you need to choose a film, why it saves time. But the main thing is that the film can always be scraped off together with the adhesive layer and again return to the factory color. Given the immediate requirement of lawmakers to repaint all official taxis in yellow - the film really seems to be a good way out of the situation.
The service life of such a film is not small - from five to seven years. True, it is not known how all this will look if the case is deformed, and it can be difficult to avoid all kinds of scratches and other minor troubles.
It is worth noting that the price of the film will be lower. If only because the application does not need bulky, specialized equipment of the paint shop. Perhaps the advantages of this decision on the face.

What if the work goes wrong and you have to leave the taxi fleet - now drive in a yellow car? This is where a similar film comes in handy. I pasted it, traveled, left work, took off the film and again you have a car of calm colors. For a large fleet, it seems to me that anyway repainting will remain in the first place. Well, as for quality and other things - for this there is the Internet today. Before buying (especially wholesale), it is worth looking at the customer reviews of ZM company and only after that make some conclusions.
Indeed, the approach to color change is innovative, but individual. Although in the modern realities of the taxi industry in the Russian Federation, it is worth paying close attention to all owners of dispatch and taxi parks. Moreover, when a color film is mentioned, an image from an old American remake of the French film “Taxi” arises in my head.
