In the spring of 2016, 70-year-old singer Cher posted a photo on Twitter that shows her next to her 90-year-old mother. “This is how my family looks in their 70s and 90s. Mom without makeup,” Sherilyn wrote. The inner luminescence and fit of women is explained by favorable genetic heredity. Many now thought: “So that's why there are people in the world who are not getting old!” But practically everyone has the opportunity to curb the “leaps of age”.
Do not run, life!
Fans of the singer in their comments wrote that they did not believe in a miracle - the photos were retouched. Cher replied that she did not know how to do this. For her unfading skin, she thanks not the art of painting, but her grandmother, who looked beautiful until her death. However, do not underestimate the power of good genes. A person who does not age, admires others.
But is it possible to permanently stop this natural process, reverse it? Or at least slow down the running of minutes, hours, months, years? In the arsenal of those who actively resist nature, and maybe, on the contrary, live in harmony with it - fitness, cosmetics, diets, anti-aging procedures and many more ways. On this path, people win, suffer defeat. But both are just preparations for leaving ...
Is it worth it to become discouraged by the fact that the human body is aging? I think not. Gerontologists recently made an interesting discovery: those who are “stuck” in time and space often have many problems in their personal lives. Their families do not form or break up, or there is no more or less serious relationship with the opposite sex. That is, youthfulness is not a panacea for earthly problems.

80 is a sign of infinity
Nevertheless, there is hardly any earthling who does not dream of revealing the secret of eternal youth. It is so tempting to forever remain full of vital energy, a merry fellow, a romantic, ready to embrace the immense! But “no matter how tight the rope is” ... Sooner or later, the first wrinkles appear on the face, gray hair whiskey silver. And, as the poet Sergei Yesenin wrote, a heart touched by a chill does not beat so much.
Some surrender already on the verge of fortieth anniversary. Others transform their "eighty with a tail" into a sign of infinity. Why? Maybe long-livers use the fabulous elixir of youth? Or do they know the magic spells that are cast every evening, at a time when the sun is hiding behind the horizon? Unlikely…
Rather, the “endless people” (each of them is the proud owner of the title “A man who does not age”) comprehend the essence of simple but very important things: you need to eat balanced healthy food, remember a clear regime of wakefulness and sleep, lead an active lifestyle. And, of course, do not lose optimism under any circumstances.
Old age will not find us at home
So why do people get old? Physiologists believe that the human body is decreasing when the respiratory, circulatory, excretion of "waste" of life begin to persistently "junk". Due to the accumulation of decay products (slagging), internal organs do not receive enough nutrition, wear out quickly.
The situation can be “turned over” like an hourglass: the heart, liver, kidneys gradually “get tired”, they do not work 100%. The vital activity of the systems of the human body is disrupted, it becomes ill and dies. But, whatever one may say, the essence is the same: there are no eternal individuals.
Is everything so sad and irreversible? Scientists have long been trying to find a way to “lull” the processes of degeneration and “cheer up” regenerative (regenerative) ones. Optimists in science insist that it is human. It is only necessary to thoroughly study the mechanisms of immortality.
We don’t need such a ballast
There are people who consider the procedure of deep cleansing the body as salvation. They assure: the person who does not age is just the one who cares about the removal of toxins. Metabolic processes are accelerated, systems and organs begin to work like clockwork. If you eat right, the cleaning effect lasts for a long time. But too zealous in this direction is also not worth it.
No one argues with the fact that in the course of years a lot of “waste” (decay products) accumulates in the human body, which must be periodically removed. There are many ways to cleanse the intestines, liver, and kidneys. However, before applying them, it is good to consult a doctor, since the restoration of useful trace elements (and they are excreted along with “harmful substances”) is a difficult and lengthy task.
A lack of necessary substances in the body can also be detected outside of cleansing. For example, if a person eats unbalanced food, in which carbohydrates, fats or proteins predominate. A harmonious combination is important. You can’t get carried away by “fast food” (fast food), marinades, smoked meats. Products containing dyes, flavor enhancers, preservatives, quickly settle in the body, turn it into a kind of "chemical warehouse", which sooner or later begins to poison every cell. Do not forget about water and sleep
There are people who underestimate the role of water in the body. But without this invaluable component, metabolic processes cannot proceed. And although some nutritionists suggest drinking almost 2 liters of pure water per day, while others recommend drinking exclusively "at will," you should not forget about the spring sip. Sometimes the body gives a false signal (“I don’t feel like drinking”). Then it is better to turn on the brain and, in spite of everything, “eat” H 2 O. A surge of strength is felt almost immediately.
It is important to lead a mobile lifestyle: walk more, play sports, relax not with a book on the couch, but walking in the fresh air. If you can’t afford intense physical activity, do simple gymnastic exercises every morning.
Do not stop admiring the simplest things: the first snow, warm rain, a sparrow flock on the pavement ... Do not let the problems turn you into pessimists. Look at life with good and joy, and you will notice how young you are!
Today the world is full of fans of night vigils at the computer: correspondence with friends, games without beginning and end. Virtual life has come in the way of the real. If you want to live long, remember: day is for wakefulness, night is for sleep. The body should rest on average 6-8 hours. A bit about nutrition
If you are used to eating not fractionally and often (as desired), but “rarely, but accurately” (in huge portions) - sores are just around the corner. To prevent this, normalize your day and meal. In the morning, lean on protein foods (chicken breast, beef, cottage cheese, etc.). This will allow you to be energetic, start the correct metabolism. A person who does not age is a fictional character. But to push back old age is quite real.
Remember the people's advice: they will find everything, including anti-aging recipes. These include herbal teas. They drink it, adding dropwise to milk. Regular use increases endurance, stress resistance, as well as a mixture of ground lemon, garlic and honey (insist a week, take 4 teaspoons on an empty stomach). Take care of yourself!
