Panacotta Recipe: Delicious Italian Food on Russian Tables

This dish, the name of which is rarely pronounced and, moreover, spelled correctly, consists of sweet creamy jelly. A “panna cotta” or panakota can become an ideal dessert when all the culinary fantasies are already exhausted, and you really want to please your friends or relatives. If you know how to cook panakota, you will always be recognized as the chief chef at any party.

This dish is ideal if there is no time to prepare a cake or pastries, as well as if there are no necessary products in the refrigerator. A simple set of products and a little more than a quarter of an hour of free time - such a recipe for panakota can be mastered even by a novice cook. This is an Italian dish, which is a traditional dessert, not only the most delicious of delicacies, but also the most delicate, made from an exquisite cream with berries and fruits.

For example, you can prepare this dessert this way: take cream (950 ml.), Sugar (150 gr.) And vanillin (1 pack). In addition, you need gelatin (45 gr.) And the zest of one small lemon. First of all, you should do the preparation of gelatin - it should be soaked in advance for half an hour in water. While the gelatin will swell, you can pour in a small container of cream, lemon zest and a serving of sugar. After the cream begins to gradually warm up, they can pour vanilla and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring it constantly. Without letting the cream boil, the pan should be removed from the heat, mixed with swollen gelatin and warmed again. Further, the Panacotta recipe involves stirring the boiling mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved. At the last stage of preparation, it remains only to extract the lemon peel from the thickened mixture, pour a slightly cooled treat into the molds and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Sometimes it’s important not only to know how to make a Panacotta dessert, but also how to properly extract it so as not to disturb the attractive shape. If silicone molds were used in the preparation, then there will be no problems - the food will only have to be slightly poked with a knife and carefully turned on a plate. If the molds are plastic, then they will first have to be lowered for a couple of seconds in hot water to the very edge, and then repeat all the above manipulations.

An excellent Panacotta recipe can be used to decorate and complement a children's table. This is a chocolate delicacy, uniquely fragrant and remarkably tasty. To create it, you will need to take milk (250 ml), chocolate (100 g.), Cream (500 ml.), Sugar (60 g.) And gelatin (20 g.). First you need to melt the chocolate in a water bath, carefully pour milk, cream into it, pour in sugar and mix thoroughly, avoiding boiling of the mass. Gelatin must be soaked in water for a quarter of an hour (which is better to do before taking this Panacotta recipe), and when it swells - combine with chocolate and milk mass. The cooled mixture should be poured into molds and sent to the refrigerator - to cool.

And if you really want to try an unusual panakota that does not look like a classic dish, then you should try a yogurt treat. It will require the following ingredients: cream (150 ml.), Natural yogurt without additives (400 gr.), Sugar (60 gr.) And gelatin (20 gr.). Be sure to pre-soak gelatin in water for swelling - while this happens, cream should be warmed in the pan, gradually mixing them with sugar until the latter is completely dissolved. When the mixture begins to boil, you can pour gelatin and yogurt whipped in the mixer into it. The thoroughly mixed mass is cooled and poured into molds - after two or three hours spent in the refrigerator, the panacotta will be ready to be sent to the table, to the pride of the cook and the pleasure of its guests.
