Amazing salad with olives

Until recently, olives and olives were more used in Mediterranean cuisine. Salad with olives takes its rightful place on the table at every meal in Greece, Italy and Turkey. And for good reason. After all, olive has many beneficial properties. It is used in cooking, medicine and cosmetology.

  • Salad with olives and chicken.

We need one leg (smoked or boiled), one hundred grams of feta cheese, one bell pepper, one egg, half a can of olives (seedless), a can of pickled mushrooms, mayonnaise. Remove the chicken meat from the bone and cut into strips. Peppers are peeled from the stalk and seeds, then finely chopped. Boil eggs, cool and chop. With olives and mushrooms, drain the brine. If the mushrooms are small, then we put them in the salad whole, if large - cut. We turn olives into rings. We crumble the feta cheese into small pieces. We mix all the ingredients in a bowl and defend the salad for half an hour, after which we drain the resulting liquid. Dress with mayonnaise, mix well and transfer to a salad bowl. Decorate with mushrooms and fresh herbs.

  • Salad with olives and cheese.

Olives are perfectly combined with cheese of any kind. For this salad you will need three hundred grams of any cheese, a large green apple, three hundred grams of olives, two bell peppers of different colors, fresh basil. Grind the cheese on a grater. Drain the brine from the olives and cut them into circles. Peel the green apple and cut into strips. Peppers are peeled and cut into strips. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and season with mayonnaise or olive oil as desired. Ready salad, salt and pepper to taste.

  • Salad with olives and potatoes.

This recipe requires half a kilogram of small potatoes, one hundred grams of olives, one red onion, one hundred grams of fresh parsley, half a lemon, olive oil, red pepper, zira, paprika and salt. Boil the whole potato in salted water, then cool and peel. We prepare dressing from olive oil, squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Add zira and paprika to the dressing. We spread the potatoes in a deep salad bowl and pour over the dressing. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. We cut olives into two or four parts. Chop the parsley. We put olives, onions and parsley on potatoes. Before serving, cool for half an hour.

  • Italian Salad.

For this dish we prepare two hundred grams of olives, two hundred grams of ham, four pickled cucumbers, one red onion, one hundred grams of garlic crackers and mayonnaise. From ham we make thin straws. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. We cut olives into several parts. Grind the cucumbers into small pieces. Mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Decorate the salad on top with crackers.

  • Vegetable salad with olives.

We take four tomatoes, three hundred grams of fresh cucumbers, two hundred grams of corn, one red onion, two cloves of garlic, half a lemon, one hundred grams of feta cheese, one hundred grams of olives, fresh herbs and olive oil. Cut cucumbers and tomatoes into large half rings. Peel the onion and finely chop it. We make a lot of garlic. Cut olives into two or four parts. We crumble the cheese into small pieces. Finely chop the greens. Take a beautiful deep salad bowl and mix all the ingredients. Season with salted olive oil. Before serving, decorate with olives and herbs.
