However, the preparation of food, especially if it is understood that the baby will eat it, should be approached very carefully. In general, itβs hardly worth a mother to feed her baby with a birthday cake or something like that at 6 months old; sheβs not yet developed enough to absorb solid food. Most parents at this moment are just beginning to introduce baby food from fresh vegetable puree.

Ingredients
Children's cake:
- Children's cookies (for example, "Hippo Bondi") - 1 large pack.
- Milk (preferably baby, for example, "Agusha") - 1 liter.
- Kefir - 2-3 tbsp.
- Banana - 1-2 pcs.
- Butter - 2 tsp (not margarine!).
Curd sponge cake:
- Flour - 90 gr.
- Chicken eggs - 5 pcs.
- What powder - 90 gr.
- Sugar - 350 gr.
- Cottage cheese - 800 gr.
- Cream - 100 ml.
- Vanilla Sugar - 10 g.
- Cherry syrup - 80 ml (impregnation).
Honey cake:
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Butter - 50 g.
- Sugar - 600 g.
- Liquid honey - 150 ml.
- Soda - 1 tsp
- Flour - 500 g.
- Sour cream - 500 g.
Kids cake
Cookies should be put in a bowl and carefully broken. Add about 100 ml of milk and wait for the cookies to soak. Next, mix everything into a homogeneous mass. Melt the butter and add to the dough, mix well. Now take the form (you can use a bowl), cover it with cling film from the inside and put half the mass there. Flatten and refrigerate for half an hour.
In a saucepan, bring 800 ml of milk to a boil, add kefir and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the whey exfoliates. Strain the mass, wait until all the whey comes down and stir, it turns out a gentle curd. Mash a banana and mix with cottage cheese.
Remove the mold from the refrigerator and put the cottage cheese and the rest of the dough there, remove again. After an hour and a half, you can get out the form, take out the cake from there and decorate.
Curd sponge cake
Remove all ingredients. The oil must be warmed to room temperature, and the eggs divided into proteins and yolks. Beat the whites, then add sugar (about 120 g) and continue to beat until stable peaks. Add sugar (30 g) to the yolks and whisk until white. Then combine the yolks with 1/3 of the proteins and mix. In the mass you need to add flour and cocoa powder, mix gently. Put the remaining protein and mix everything into a homogeneous mass. Next, you need to pour it into a mold and put it in an oven heated to 180 degrees for about 40 minutes (depending on the oven).
While the biscuit is baking, wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar (200 g) and beat until smooth. Whip the cream separately with vanilla sugar in the air mass and add to the curd, everything needs to be thoroughly mixed and put in the refrigerator.
Cut the biscuit into three cake layers, soak them in syrup. Next, you need to put in layers: cake-cream-cake-cream-cake-cake. Now it can be coated with icing or ganache on top (chocolate and cream cream) and refrigerated for 2 hours. After this time, it can be decorated and served.
Honey cake
In a bowl / pan, mix the eggs with sugar (300 g) and beat until foam. To the mass, add room temperature butter, honey and soda. Put the bowl / saucepan in a water bath (for example, in another saucepan filled with boiling water) and stir the mass for 10-15 minutes. It should be doubled, and also become airy. Add 1 tbsp. flour and stir until the lumps are completely dissolved. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool. When it becomes warm / cold, add the remaining flour and knead the dough. It should be soft and ductile. The dough should be divided into 6-8 pieces (1 piece per 1 cake) and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Then roll each piece into a thin cake, put on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees. Gently cut the cakes and cool, the trim can be crumbled for decoration.
Beat with a mixer the sour cream and sugar (300 g) until sugar is not felt. Collect the cake in the order of cake-cream-cake .... On top, you can sprinkle the honey cake with crumbs from the scraps of cakes.
For about 2 hours, the cake needs to be placed in the room so that the cream saturates the cakes, and then put it in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours. It is recommended that you leave it there all night.
The result is a delicate and sweet cake that flies instantly.
Decorating tips
