Kefir fritters in a slow cooker

This, of course, is one of the simplest, most basic recipes. For its implementation, the following products are needed: half a liter of kefir (preferably not too fat), half a glass of sugar (but for those who are on a diet or who need to limit the use of this product for any reason, the serving can be reduced or replaced with honey) , two glasses of wheat flour (by the way, other types of flour are also possible), two raw eggs, a teaspoon of soda, vanilla on the tip of a knife.

  1. Kefir is slightly warmed before preparing the dough. For example, we put dishes or a bag of kefir under hot water. We leave kefir for 5-10 minutes in this position. It can also be heated in the microwave, if available in the kitchen. While the dairy product warms up, break the eggs into a bowl and add sugar. Beat the mass until smooth.
  2. To the resulting mixture add warm kefir. Mix thoroughly. Then add flour with soda (act gradually, and not immediately swell the entire portion). Mix thoroughly again to avoid lumps. In the final, add vanilla to the total mass and bring the dough to a homogeneous structure (it should be liquid enough to drain from a spoon or ladle).

  3. We set the slow cooker to the “Baking” mode. We wait a few minutes for the bowl to warm up properly, then add a little vegetable oil for frying.
  4. Form the fritters in the slow cooker with a large spoon (just pick the dough and “blot” it into the bowl, and so on several times). Attention: at the same time baking pancakes should not touch each other!
  5. We cover the appliance with a lid. After 2-5 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fritters) we look in and check. If the bottom appeared "blush", then it's time to turn. And we repeat the process again.
  6. When the pancakes in the multicooker are ready, put them on a plate. Repeat all the previous steps until we have capitalized all the dough.
  7. Serve on the table with warm, watered jam or sour cream.

With raisins

What else can diversify pancakes in a slow cooker? Recipes may include additional ingredients: for example, raisins. Everything is simple: the basis is the dough, as in the first recipe, with the same ingredients. But you still need to take a pack (100 grams - no more) raisins of raisins.

We take a deep container for kneading dough. Pour in the eggs. Add sugar and mix with a whisk until the consistency is uniform. Pour kefir there, mix. Then gradually add the flour, stirring thoroughly so that there are no lumps in our dough. Also add soda. Pour raisins with hot water, leave for five minutes. Then we rinse well in running water, squeeze and add to the main dough, stirring. We cook on the “Baking” mode according to the same scheme as without raisins.

With apples

The same story with apples as an additive to our main course. We prepare the basic dough with the ingredients we know in the same way. Wash and peel the apples. We grate very coarsely (it’s better to even finely chop them, then excess juice will not form, liquefying the dough). Add the slices to the dough and mix thoroughly.

Set the kitchen appliance to the "Frying" mode. Add a little lean oil to the bowl and start frying, spreading the batter into a bowl with a large spoon. Fry on both sides to a golden hue.
