You always have to start very early. For 3-4 weeks it will be just right.
In addition, many organizers think that if they placed their ads in one or two sources, customers will flock to them in a crowd, getting stuck in the doorway.
It’s a pity to upset you, but it doesn’t work. This can only work if the name of the speaker is well known and he is very popular with the general public. And even that is not guaranteed.

Tip 2. Killing topic
Not an interesting, not intricate, but a killer topic of the seminar. There is such a very common misconception that the more complex the topic sounds, the more attention it will attract the business public. Sorry to disappoint, but this is a fatal mistake. One of the most popular seminars for business owners is called "How to create a customer boom right now." In terms of literacy, of course, one can criticize for a long time. But it is this topic that brings the desired result. So is there any point in arguing?
To come up with an ideal topic, you first need to find a common and very painful problem that worries your customers, and which you can solve with your product or service. The problem must be acute and real! It is best to conduct surveys.
After you have found a sore spot, make up a topic that makes it clear that the participants will be able to resolve this issue at the seminar.
Now I’ll open another little secret from the event collection masters. Almost no one knows him, only a few select gurus of their field. You can apply the following trick: when the date of the seminar is not yet known, do electronic mailing to your clients. Write in the newsletter that you plan to hold a chic seminar and want to know if the topic will be interesting (you describe it in detail in the most colorful colors). And you can end it this way: “only if there are enough willing and interested in this topic, a seminar will be held. We are waiting for your feedback and applications! ” The main thing is that a lot of people get the newsletter. Then, by the number of applications, you will be able to determine in advance how interested people will be in the topic, and at the same time you will pick up the skeleton of participants even before the appointment of the event. This is called "aerobatics"!
Tip 3. The super-secret system of “3 touches”
So, the topic is assigned, the date of the meeting too. Now we proceed to the set of participants directly. We will now analyze the magic method, which is proudly called the “3-Touch System”.
What is its value? Everything is simple. This method allows you to conduct an advertising campaign without unnecessary costs, with great benefit. However, there is an important point! You need to start no later than 3 weeks before the seminar.
So, let's take a look at the steps.
First of all, you need to run from 3 to 5 thousand paper letters in the mailing list. It’s not necessary to tear ourselves, it will be easier to order in specialized company . They will make it themselves and send it out. And even the recipient base will be selected for you.
Letters will reach recipients from a week to two. During this time, the following work is being carried out on the same basis: 2-3 people sit and continuously send faxes advertising your seminar. And already those who received faxes are phoned by a management team, which also consists of 2-3 people. Here is one of the options for this wonderful method.
That is, first the client received a letter from you, then a fax, and then the manager’s call.
The bottom line is that your message touched one person at least three times. It is very, very, very important. One of the greatest revelations that can turn your whole life and forever get rid of a lack of profit is that most people ripen to make an order for 2 and 3 times !!!!!!
And here is another way to recruit a workshop using the 3-touch method.
Select a database from, for example, thousands of recipients. And send them a letter. Two weeks later they receive another letter from you, a continuation of the first. And two weeks later the last letter, a continuation of the first two. This is also a great way, part of the 3-touch system.
