You can only register a tow hitch for a passenger vehicle if one or more (depending on the situation) state fees are paid:
- For the issuance of registration marks - 1500 rubles, when paying on the portal - 1050 rubles.
- For issuing a registration certificate - 500 rubles, when paying on the portal - 350 rubles.
- For amendments to the TCP issued earlier - 350 rubles, when paying on the portal - 245 rubles.

Homemade trailers are registered on the basis of the general list of documentation provided, except for the passport of a trailer vehicle.
