Russian GDP structure

The gross domestic product shows the state of the country's economy. That is why economists pay special attention to it and offer various ways of development and stimulation of economic growth. GDP reflects the growth of material production. When calculating it, only the market and final value of goods and services are taken into account. It does not include non-market relations, that is, transfers and self-employment, as well as financial flows and the cost of intermediate goods. In general, GDP is the expenditure of the state, firms, consumers and the foreign economic sector, that is, the difference between imports and exports.

GDP is divided into two types:

1) Nominal, which is calculated in the prices of the current year. By its level, our country is ranked 10th in the world.

2) Real, which is expressed in relation to the nominal price index. It is mainly used to analyze the levels of a country's economic development at different time periods.

Economic growth in Russia is a long-term trend of real GDP growth. It is the goal of every state. On its basis, various opportunities are opened for social programs, poverty eradication, health care, education and environmental problems. In order for the structure of Russia's GDP to change for the better, it is necessary to increase production for the extraction of natural resources, gas, water and electricity, since it is these goods that are rich in our country. Economists identify two factors of economic growth. The first is extensive, which means an increase in quantity. As a rule, it is not effective. The second is intense, meaning an increase in quality. The structure of Russia's GDP is currently the focus of attention of economists.

Besides all this, an important form of economic relations is international trade. Its facilities are competitive products with the best consumer properties. Russian exports and imports are also of great importance because they have a great influence on economic growth. Statistics show that a huge amount of imported products are imported into our country. This, of course, allows people to make choices when purchasing certain goods. Nevertheless, there are also disadvantages, since foreign items are sold in larger quantities than products of domestic manufacturers. Therefore, the current situation is important and requires a separate consideration.

As a result, I would like to conclude that the structure of Russia's GDP still has an improvement strategy. It lies in the direction of all resources towards the development of high technology and reducing energy and material production. At the moment, economic growth in Russia will increase only if efforts are reflected in the social and economic policies of the government. Then the structure of Russia's GDP can change for the better, and with it the standard of living in the country will increase significantly, thereby contributing to the development of the economy.
