Mankind invented a great variety of a wide variety of salads. It is likely that a couple of centuries ago it was, but today a similar salad can be prepared in several different ways, using the most ordinary products that are not delicacies.

This delicious and satisfying salad is very simple and quick to prepare: you will spend no more than 20 minutes on everything about everything. So, for the boyar meal we will need the following products:

  • 300 grams of boiled pork;
  • half a jar of canned champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • 70-100 grams of cheese;
  • 3 eggs;
  • mayonnaise;
  • peeled walnuts to taste;
  • cooking oil for frying.

Not very finely chop the onion and fry it in a pan with mushrooms with a small amount of vegetable oil. Cut boiled pork into cubes and mix with fried onions and mushrooms. Hard-boiled eggs are also cut into cubes and added to the salad. Pour finely grated cheese and chopped nuts there. Dress salad with mayonnaise and serve. As a decoration, you can add a sprig of greenery.

The following ingredients must be prepared for this dish:

  • 5 medium sized potatoes;
  • big fresh cucumber;
  • 4 boiled eggs;
  • a jar of pickled mushrooms;
  • 150 grams of ham and the same amount of carbonate;
  • 1 onion;
  • greenery;
  • mayonnaise;
  • cooking oil.

Cut cucumbers, mushrooms, potatoes, chop and ham into strips. Fry the potato in a large amount of oil to make it look like french fries. Cut the onion into thin half rings, rub the eggs on a coarse grater, and chop the greens finely. All ingredients are stacked in a salad bowl in layers: first ham, then onions, mushrooms, chop, and finally eggs and cucumber. Each layer must be smeared with mayonnaise, and on top add fried potatoes. We decorate the salad with herbs and serve. A very tasty and hearty dish is ready!

Boyarsky salad with chicken, nuts and vegetables: recipe

As ingredients for the preparation of this variety of salad, we need:

  • 1 chicken leg;
  • can of peas;
  • half a glass of peeled walnuts;
  • 100 grams of butter;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 5 potatoes;
  • cucumber;
  • 7 tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • salt and ground pepper to taste.

Chicken legs must first be boiled, and the potatoes are cooked “in their skins”. Peel the potatoes, and separate the meat from the bones. Finely chop the chicken and add chopped nuts, grated butter, pepper and salt to a coarse grater. We mix everything and put it in the refrigerator.

Washing vegetables. Cut the cucumber into small strips, and the tomato and boiled potato into cubes. Add the peas and mix. We take chilled meat from the refrigerator and mix with vegetables. We season the salad with mayonnaise and enjoy the great taste.
