Tasty fried bananas - a recipe for their preparation

One of the easiest desserts to prepare is fried bananas, the recipe of which, in addition to being elementary, also has several variations. For starters, let's just fry this fruit in a pan - this will be the first version of the dish. For this we need:

- one banana;

- butter and vegetable oil;

- a few tablespoons of flour;

- coffee liquor;

- rum.

First, cut the banana. It is possible in the form of circles - it will be much easier to cook them. You can cut it along, only in this case it will be necessary to turn it over very carefully so as not to break pieces of fruit. However, in the end, the dessert will look much more attractive.
