We are used to the fact that the salad is a cold appetizer, but why not try a warm salad?

You will need only ten simple ingredients. First of all, three hundred grams of fresh chicken liver and one orange. For refueling:

  • two teaspoons of honey and as much balsamic vinegar;
  • two tablespoons of orange juice and olive oil;
  • salt and black pepper;
  • a bunch of green salad;
  • some black sesame seeds.

Orange is peeled with a knife. It should be done so that along with it cut off some of the pulp. You also need to carefully remove the segments from the slices and set them aside. The pulp that remains will still come in handy. You can squeeze juice out of it. One teaspoon of balsamic vinegar and honey and a tablespoon of olive oil are added to the resulting juice. Salt the resulting mixture and pepper to taste. Try to mix very well to get a homogeneous mass.

The liver must be washed well and cut into fairly large pieces. You can just divide it in half. Put on warmed olive oil so that the pieces do not touch each other. Fry until a piece of golden crust appears on each side. Do not forget to add salt and a little black pepper before changing the side of the roasting. Prepare the mixture in advance from a teaspoon of honey and balsamic vinegar and add it to the pan when the liver is almost ready. In this state, it remains on fire for another one or two minutes. This is necessary in order to have time to evaporate vinegar.

The liver immediately from the pan is laid out on plates, spread orange slices next to it, on top you can put a little salad and be sure to pour in a pre-cooked dressing. Before serving, you can also sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve on the table while the liver is still hot.

A rather interesting recipe for a portion salad.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet (boil in advance) - 150 grams.
  • A bit of raisins.
  • One or two carrots (depending on size).
  • One medium orange.
  • Fifty grams of peeled walnuts.
  • About a hundred grams of hard cheese.
  • One onion.
  • Mayonnaise is used for dressing.
  • A few pomegranate seeds for decoration.
