Those who are at least a little interested in classical music must have heard of the Grand Symphony Orchestra. His path began in the Soviet Union, he was the first, test version of the folk classical performer. Nevertheless, the path of the Big Symphony Orchestra continues to this day. He does not give up positions, despite the fact that more than a decade has passed since its inception.
Story
The Tchaikovsky Grand Symphony Orchestra at first was not. It was invented in the USSR in order to carry culture to the masses. It was founded in 1930. Just think, for over eighty years people have been listening to his music, recordings and going to concerts. What is the reason for such a success? After all, much that was invented during the Soviet Union was irrevocably outdated.
As mentioned above, this orchestra was created first, and no one expected it to rise so high. At first, he did not have a name; he was simply called - The Big Symphony Orchestra. And people are used to this name. But everything changed after 63 years. The orchestra gained the name of the famous composer P.I. Tchaikovsky for truly and deeply interpreting his works.
But even then, not yet having his own name, he was famous. They achieved popularity with great difficulty, hard rehearsals and careful work near the microphones. It was and is hard work, because not one performer is working, there are hundreds of people. All living, with their needs. But at the concert the whole team works perfectly. Never in history have the notes been faked, the verses were not skipped. The orchestra works as a single harmonious organism and does not fail in front of the public. And since 1974, the famous Vladimir Fedoseyev became its permanent leader.
What is famous for?
The reputation of the Tchaikovsky Grand Symphony Orchestra did not come from nowhere, it is all the result of working with famous and talented conductors such as A. Orlov, A. Gauk and G. Rozhdestvensky. They were trusted to perform their compositions by such recognizable people as Mayakovsky, Sviridov or Shostakovich. These names of composers in many memories are carved by wonderful impressions of their music.
In addition, in his history there are joint concerts with popular soloists of the past, for example, S. Richter and I. Arkhipova. And that's not all. Quite recently, by the standards of the history of the Big Symphony Orchestra, such famous performers as V. Tretyakov, A. Knyazeva and P. Zuckerman performed with him. Nevertheless, he continues to amaze the public with such unions of creative people. And the most beautiful concerts are held in honor of significant dates. For example, in the 2014/15 season, among those artists who collaborate with the P.I. Tchaikovsky, were noted Vadim Repin, Michi Koyama, Laurent Corsia and Andrei Korobeinikov.
A lot of performances, unique programs, an interesting interpretation of already known works - all this is his merit. The orchestra rose to unprecedented heights, because his performances are awaited around the world.
