Cookie cake
It is hard to imagine how many cookie desserts exist. Not surprisingly, they are popular with housewives. A dessert is made from cookies without baking, which is convenient and practical, since not all housewives want to mess with the dough.
We want to offer the recipe for the fastest and easiest cake.
Ingredients:
- Curd - 420 g.
- Cookies - 520 g.
- A teaspoon of coffee (instant).
- Two tea spoons of sugar.
- Sour cream - 420 g.
Dessert made from cottage cheese and cookies is very simple. First, make a cup of instant coffee by adding a couple of tablespoons of sugar. Let it cool.
And let's do the cream ourselves. We will cook it from cottage cheese and sour cream. Mix up these components with a mixer. Next, take a dish and lay cookies on it in rows, previously wetting it in coffee. Top the first cake is greased with cream. Next, repeat the action, laying out layer by layer. In principle, the cookie dessert is ready. It remains only to sprinkle grated chocolate on top of it. The finished cake should stand for about forty minutes in the heat, and then it must be sent to the refrigerator.
Potato Cake
Everyone probably remembers a childhood cake called “potato”. Such a dessert from cookies is very easy to make at home.
Ingredients:
- Bank of condensed milk.
- Shortbread Cookies - 350 g
- Cocoa - 2 tbsp. l
- Nuts (walnuts) - at the discretion.
Cookies must be crushed with a rolling pin to make crumbs. You can grind it with a blender. Next, add soft butter, condensed milk and cocoa to the crumbs. Mix everything well, and then knead it with your hands. When the mass becomes homogeneous, we form cakes. Top them can be crushed in chopped walnuts. Ready “potatoes” are sent to the refrigerator.
Tiramisu
The famous Italian dessert of cheese and cookies is called tiramisu. To prepare it, we need:
- Two eggs.
- Mascarpone (cheese) - 270 g.
- Savoyardi (cookies) - 32 pcs.
- Coffee - 200 ml.
- Powdered Sugar - 85 g.
- Coffee liqueur - 5 tablespoons.
- Cocoa - 75 g.
Mascarpone should be put in a deep bowl and whisk with a whisk until then, until it acquires a uniform consistency of fat cream.
Separate the yolks and squirrels. In a separate bowl, beat the powdered sugar and yolks until white. The resulting mass is introduced in mascarpone and continue to whisk further. In another bowl, beat the whites and gradually add a mixture of yolks with mascarpone to a spoonful of them.
Four tablespoons of rum mixed with coffee in a large wide plate. The dishes should be convenient in order to dunk the whole cookie in it. Gently lower half or a third of the savoyard into the mixture (depending on how wide the cake mold will be). We lay out the processed cookies to the bottom, and top with a part of the cream. In the same way, we dip the second portion of the Savoyard in the solution, put it on the cream mass and again pour the mascarpone. Then similarly lay out the third layer.
Fill the top layer of cookies with the remaining cream. With a spatula, you need to tap on the sides of the form so that there are no voids and the savoyards completely sink into the cream. Dessert is ready, it remains only to send it to the refrigerator for the night.
Cookie Hedgehog
A dessert from cookies called "hedgehog" will certainly delight any child.
Ingredients:
- One kilogram of cookies.
- Two cans of condensed milk.
- Three tablespoons of cocoa.
- Sour cream - 200 grams.
- Oil - 160 grams.
- Poppy - 4 tbsp. l
- Peanut.
- Powdered Sugar - 230 grams.
- Peeled sunflower seeds.
Grind cookies with a blender or rolling pin. Mix the resulting crumb with icing sugar, then add the condensed milk, cocoa, sour cream, butter. The mass must be well kneaded with hands. It should become homogeneous. Then we form the body of the hedgehog from it. Then we roll the figure in the poppy. The nose and eyes can be made from peanuts in chocolate, and instead of needles we take seeds. Of course, you have to tinker with decorating the hedgehog, but the result is worth it. Ready dessert from cookies and sour cream should be put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
"Monastery hut" without baking
How to make a cookie dessert? The famous cake can be whipped up without baking.
Ingredients:
- Sour cream (preferably fatty, 30%) - 0.5 l.
- Icing sugar - 120 g.
- A glass of peeled walnuts.
- A glass of milk.
In pastry shops you can buy cookies in the form of crispy tubes with fruit filling. For the cake, cherry will do for us. Three hundred grams will be enough. We heat the milk and soak the tubes in it for five minutes. If this is not done, then the cookie will remain solid and poorly saturated with cream.
Chop nuts with a knife or rolling pin. We connect sour cream with powder and a mixer. Then add half the nuts.
Now that all the components are ready, you can proceed to the assembly of the cake. At the bottom of the dish put a little cream. Put the tubes on it (4 pieces). Again, put the cream and three tubes at an insignificant distance from each other. Then again the cookies (2 pieces) and again the cream. And finally, the last tube. Next, we smear the whole cake from the outside with cream, and then sprinkle with nuts. "Monastic hut" is ready. It remains only to put the cake in the refrigerator for the night and let it soak.
Curd Cheesecake
Such a cottage cheese dessert with cookies can be prepared without baking.
Ingredients:
- Half a pack of oil.
- Cookies ("Yubileinoe" is well suited).
- Cream - 450 ml.
- Cottage cheese - ½ kg.
- A glass of sugar.
- Gelatin - 25 g.
- Strawberry - 250 g.
- Strawberry Jelly - 100 g.
- Vanilla.
- Lemon - 1 pc.
Prepare the basis for the cheesecake. To do this, combine the butter and cookies in the combine. We should get a homogeneous mass. Next, we lay it out on the bottom of a split mold and evenly distribute it on the surface. The blank can be sent to the refrigerator.
Gelatin pour 50 ml of boiling water, and then let the solution cool slightly. Grind the cottage cheese in a combine until a homogeneous mass (cottage cheese) is obtained. Then mix cream, sugar and cottage cheese with a mixer. Add gelatin, vanilla, lemon juice. And beat well again. The resulting cream is transferred to the base, which we are waiting for in the refrigerator. And again, send the form to cool.
Thinly chop the strawberries and lay them on top of the cake and top with jelly. Now send the cheesecake to the refrigerator.
Cake made of cookies "ears"
Ingredients:
- Three eggs.
- Milk - 0.6 l.
- Ears - 0.6 kg.
- Vanilla.
- Flour - 2 tbsp. l
- Oil - 120 g.
- Starch - 2 tbsp. l
Many sweet tooth fans are fans of delicious cookies "ears". It is prepared only from puff pastry. From such cookies you can make a good cake without baking. It will turn out something like Napoleon. Such a dessert needs to be thoroughly insisted so that it is completely saturated and becomes very tender.
First, prepare the cream. Mix sugar and eggs and beat. Add starch and flour. Next, gradually introduce milk, without stopping whipping.
Now the cream for the cake can be cooked on fire. Do not forget to stir it constantly. The mass must be brought to a boil, then add the oil and mix everything. We close the finished cream with a film and set to cool.
Now take a dish for the cake and start spreading cookies on it, dipping it in cream first. After making one layer, on top we still lubricate the ears with a creamy mass. Next, we continue to lay out cookies layer by layer. We coat the finished cake with cream on all sides. And on top of the dessert you can sprinkle crumbs from the "ears". Now the cake can be sent to the refrigerator to soak.
Raspberry Dessert: Ingredients
Ingredients:
- Oatmeal cookies - 350 g.
- Sour cream - 220 g.
- Cottage cheese - 0.5 kg.
- Raspberries - 0.5 kg.
- Pack of butter.
- Sugar - 150 g.
- Vanillin.
- Water - 320 ml.
- Gelatin - 30 g.
Cooking Raspberry Cake
We divide gelatin into two parts. We put twenty grams in one dish, and ten in another. Fill everything with cold water. Gelatin should swell.
Next, use a blender and use it to mix the butter with oatmeal cookies. Take a detachable form and cover it with parchment. Put cookies on the bottom and level the surface. Send to freeze in the freezer.
Next, we blended sour cream, sugar, raspberries, vanilla. Twenty grams of the prepared swollen gelatin is soluble in a water bath and poured into the curd mass.
Once again, all knock down a blender. Gelatin should mix well. Pull the mold out of the freezer and pour half the curd into it. Lay out a portion of raspberries, and then fill the remaining curd mass. Level the surface and send everything to the freezer for at least half an hour.
We take a stewpan and put one hundred grams of raspberries in it, add four teaspoons of sugar, water (300 ml). Bring the compote to a boil, then turn it off and let cool. Slightly warm compote filtered. Add gelatin (10 grams) dissolved in a water bath to it, mix everything.
We take out the form from the freezer, spread the picture with raspberries and fill it with a very thin layer of gelatin. We send the cake to the freezer (for twenty minutes). Then pour the rest of the jelly. And again we put the form in the refrigerator for about six hours, but you can leave it there all night. When the cake hardens, remove the side, put the dessert on the dish.
Cottage cheese cake with cookies
Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 0.5 kg.
- Cookies - 30 pcs.
- Sugar - 4 tbsp. l
- Oil - ¼ packs.
- Sour cream - 5 tbsp. l
- Vanilla.
- A glass of coffee.
- Condensed milk - 2 tbsp. l
- Chocolate glaze.
- Fruits (orange, cherry).
- Nuts.
The number of cookies can be different, it all depends on its size. Usually it is dipped in milk, and in our recipe we moisten it in coffee or in cocoa.
