The 2013 Nissan Note is the second generation of the popular Nout. The 5-door M-class minivan has a front-engine engine layout and front-wheel drive, which improves maneuverability on slippery roads.
First generation
Nissan Note 2013 is a continuation of the traditions laid down in the creation of the 2004 subcompact “Nout”. At that time, the Japanese manufacturer had a weak position in the class of MPV cars - minivans based on the platform wagon type cars. The model of the business partner Renault Modus was taken as the basis. The design of the front part was borrowed from the Nissan Murano, and the rear was decorated with intricate boomerang headlights running onto the roof.
The car was special, recognizable and subsequently fell in love with the public. Initially, the target market was the Japanese market; subsequently, machines began to be assembled in the UK and Mexico for Europe, Russia and America.
Restyling
In 2008, Nissan in Paris introduced the updated Nout line. Appearance has changed slightly, but noticeably. Headlights have become larger with an additional lighting unit. The radiator grille has been slightly redone, the bumpers in the basic version are painted in the overall body color. The taillights got tinted. Among the additional options, we highlight a new audio system that supports wireless data transmission via Bluetooth-connection.
In 2010, Note was once again finalized. By tradition, the designers decided to update the design of the bumpers, radiator grilles and head optics. The range of power units has replenished with new, more economical and environmentally friendly motors.
Two years later, the third restyling of the model was carried out. Significant changes were made in it, trim, added climate control. The basic version began to be equipped with headlights adapted for better work in rainy weather. In total, 940,000 first-generation cars were sold.
Second generation
Given that it is impossible to exploit the same idea for a long time, Japanese engineers in 2012 began work on the Nissan Note 2013 model year. It was not the next reincarnation of the old model, but the next generation of the Nout, which was different both externally and technically.
Based on the latest Nissan Versatile platform. Its load-bearing structure is characterized by optimal rigidity, combining smooth ride and excellent handling. Design

Versa Note is equipped with a 111-horsepower 1.6-liter engine, paired with a mechanical 5-speed gearbox and a variator of the Xitronic CVT series. Two years later, the lineup was replenished with a sports version of the Versa Note SR.
E-power
The Japanese concern, being one of the leaders in the automotive industry, could not stay away from the trends of creating the most economical and environmentally friendly cars. In the winter of 2017, Nissan presented to the public and specialists an unusual hybrid Note E-Power. It is the electric motor that acts as the main power unit, and the small-sized internal combustion engine is intended only for recharging batteries.

Nissan Note 2013 release, despite the five-year age, is a fairly modern car with good equipment, a nice design and excellent driving characteristics for the class of minivans. Due to the presence of a compressor, the dynamics of 1.2-liter engines is comparable to engines of large volumes from other manufacturers. Speed is gaining fast, acceleration from 90 to 120 km / h is almost instantaneous, which is important when overtaking on the highway.
The interior is comfortable, quite spacious. You can go long distances without fear of pulling your lower back. The engineers’s attention to details is pleasing, such as leather inserts on the seats, leather upholstery of the steering wheel, a pleasant blue neon illumination of devices. Slightly spoils the impression of a cheap plastic dashboard.
Toliku inconvenience may not provide perfect insulation. Engine operation is felt, but not critical. The suspension is harsh, which allows you to more accurately control the car, while the ride is comfortable. A number of car owners of diesel versions note problems with the launch of Nissan Note 2013 in severe frost. But this problem is typical for many diesel engines. Given that the model is not very common in Russia, in small towns there may be a shortage of spare parts.
