From sweet, juicy berries it is easy to cook more than 20 names of various dishes, not counting their possible variations. For example, a strawberry pie, or maybe a cheesecake, a fruit dessert, strawberry sorbet, ice cream, fruit salad, various cocktails and much, much more. Let's start with the simplest recipe.

That's what you and your children will definitely enjoy in the summer heat, as it is a refreshing ice cream with your favorite berry. You will need about 20 minutes plus a couple of hours to freeze to prepare this amazing dessert. Strawberry, fresh and melting in your mouth - rest assured, your friends will beg you to share the recipe. As ingredients in for our goodies you will need:

  • 3 egg yolks;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 2 glasses of mashed strawberries (a blender will help you);
  • 1 cup of milk;
  • a quarter teaspoon of salt;
  • 2 cups fat cream;
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar or vanillin powder on the tip of a knife.

Pound strawberries with half a glass of sugar, do not get carried away, the finished mass should not look like mashed potatoes. Pour lightly beaten egg yolks into the pan, the remaining sugar, milk, add salt and mix well. Next, the pan should be put on medium heat and bring the liquid to a boil, but not boil. Then remove the ice cream blank from the stove and let cool in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally. After that, add pre-whipped cream, vanillin and strawberries. And now the most important thing - pour our mixture into a bowl or an ice cream mold and put it in the freezer. Summer dessert is ready! Do not forget to stock up on the supplement, because everyone who tries homemade ice cream will certainly want more.

Quick and easy dessert: strawberry pie

In the summer, few of us like to spend long hours by the stove in the kitchen. Therefore, the hostesses have to think for a long time what delicious to submit for dessert. Strawberry pie is an excellent way out, it is prepared in haste and will suit those whom, for example, guests unexpectedly came to. While they sit comfortably, you can quickly go to the kitchen and get it from the refrigerator:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 3/4 (three quarters) cups of sugar;
  • 50 gr butter;
  • 3/4 (three quarters) cups of flour;
  • about 200 gr. fresh strawberries plus a few pieces for decoration;
  • powdered sugar and semolina, if any.

Grind eggs, sugar and butter until smooth, usually until crystals completely dissolve in the mass. Add the flour and knead the dough. You do not need to use a mixer, it is better to beat the dough manually. Next, grease the baking dish with oil, or put oiled paper on the bottom. And now we take our berries - whole or cut in halves or quarters, put on the bottom of the mold, fill it with the dough and send it to bake in the oven, heated to 190-200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Tip: to make a crisp, before baking the cake, you can lightly sprinkle semolina.

After 20 minutes, the aroma of baking will spread throughout the house, and in the meantime you can cut the remaining berries for decoration. Once the cake is ready, take it out of the mold, decorate and serve. This is exactly that strawberry dessert, the recipe of which will help you out more than once. If guests or homemade people really like to enjoy fresh pastries, you can double or triple the amount of ingredients and bake a pie on a large baking sheet.
