Breast lipoma

Breast lipoma is a benign tumor that forms from adipose tissue. A true lipoma consists of two layers. The first is a mature fatty membrane or tissue, the second is the capsule that surrounds it. Most often, this nodular formation is found in women. It is not difficult to detect it: it is enough to palpate the chest and feel for a mobile dense formation. It can be round or oval, elongated. In any case, breast lipoma is always limited from surrounding tissue.
The causes of a tumor of this nature are most often clogged ducts of the sebaceous gland. However, this is just an ordinary hypothesis. In fact, there is still no exact information about the reasons for its appearance. Specialists around the world are working on this issue. However, while all their efforts are in vain.

Breast lipoma is diagnosed using a so-called ultrasound scan. In fact, this formation is a small compacted area, the area around which is visible. Breast lipoma has a fairly clear outline. Sometimes it is difficult for specialists to isolate a tumor, since the tissues of the gland itself are involutional. For an accurate diagnosis, an x-ray of the area of inflammation will be required.

As a result of so-called sonography, it can be seen that this lipoma very much resembles a hypoechoic or highly compressible formation.
A benign tumor of this type is divided into two types. This is a diffuse and nodular lipoma. In the first case, it is surrounded by proliferation of adipose tissue of the gland. This option does not form capsules. As for the second type, this is a very common type of lipoma. As a result of such a tumor, the node is simply surrounded by a large number of capsules.

Breast fibrolipoma is a formation in which the connective tissue gradually becomes denser. Depending on which particular tissue predominates in the lipoma, another type of tumor, breast lipogranuloma, is isolated.

In a situation where such a formation has many blood vessels, experts talk about angiolipoma. If it contains a lot of so-called osloslennaya tissue, then this is, above all, myxolipoma. Myolipoma is a formation of smooth tissue and muscle fibers.

Lipomas are usually classified according to their location, consistency and accumulation in the most important pathological focus of fluid. In addition, the tumor may be mobile and not.

The treatment of a benign tumor is complex. However, it is worth noting that in this situation, surgeons simply cannot do without the help of surgeons. The fact is that the so-called breast lipoma never resolves on its own. It can increase significantly, as a result of which one breast becomes much larger than the other. Very rarely, such lipomas develop into a tumor called breast cancer. In any case, you need to carefully monitor the development and behavior of this entity. If the chest begins to hurt, the lipoma grows quickly, and some fluid comes out of the nipples when pressed, you should immediately consult a specialist. In such a situation, compulsory emergency surgery will be required.

As for the treatment with drugs, then of course it is prescribed by a doctor. However, this will not happen before the woman undergoes surgery. In addition, it is best after such a course for a woman to visit some sanatorium or to the sea, have a good rest and put her powers in order.
