The largest center for music education that has trained thousands of real professionals in the performing arts is RGK im. Rachmaninov. Topics include performance history, the theory of musical art, teaching methods, music books, study guides in all musical disciplines. How to proceed

For admission, you must pass the entrance tests, which include the execution of the program and the colloquium. Exams are evaluated on a one-point system, a passing score for each test is sixty. The international cooperation

The conservatory has signed many cooperation agreements, the terms of which are fully implemented. This is the Scottish Royal Academy of Drama and Music, and the Yerevan Conservatory, and the Belarusian Academy of Music, and the Trento Conservatory (Italy). A unique and one of the most significant projects working since 2007 is the European Youth Opera, the funds for the execution of which were received from the European Union in the form of a grant.

In this decade, long internships of students and teachers of the Rostov Conservatory in foreign universities and theaters were carried out, as a result of which many performances were staged. On the opera stages of Glasgow, Edinburgh and Rostov-on-Don, the performers of the two countries worked together in the productions of Prokofiev's Love for Three Oranges, Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin and some others. In Glasgow and Edinburgh, the world premiere of the new version of Prokofiev’s opera “War and Peace” was held, which caused widespread resonance in the British media, as well as extensive comments on TV in the USA and Europe.

Educational, creative, scientific, methodological, concert performing and composing activities within the walls of the conservatory continue to develop.
