  • mayonnaise - 200 grams;
  • lemon juice / apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon;
  • salt, spices and garlic to taste.

Cooking

Before you begin to collect the salad "Orange Slice", you need to bring to readiness all the ingredients. Wash thoroughly, boil (fry), chop, arrange in separate bowls. Work sequence:

  1. Boil or fry meat, boil hard-boiled eggs. Grate eggs (proteins with yolks separately), cheese and garlic on a fine grater. Cut onions and mushrooms into small cubes, meat and apple - into thin strips. Passion onions in a pan with butter until golden brown.
