8. Check if the marks on the flywheel match - for this, open the plug on the clutch housing.
9. Now you need to fix the crankshaft - install a strong flat head screwdriver into the teeth of the flywheel.
10. Using the key on “17”, loosen the nut that secures the timing pulley.
11. Remove the roller and timing belt.
12. On cars of the tenth family, you need to unscrew the bolts securing the timing case located below. The pump is attached with three bolts to the engine block.
13. The pump housing must be pulled out carefully, slightly prying off with a flat screwdriver.

After dismantling the pump, it is necessary to get rid of the remnants of the old paronite gasket. Do not use sharp objects or sandpaper.

Installing a new pump
