In Lipetsk, LSTU (Lipetsk State Technical University) is the largest university. Thousands of students study in it and hundreds of teachers work, among whom there are both doctors of sciences and professors. The rector of the university is Anatoly Kiryanovich Pogodaev.
Faculties
