It is forbidden to use the platform under the lowest staircase in order to place the pantry, workshop, etc. In such a place, only the placement of central heating units, water supply units and electrical panels that are to be protected by fireproof partitions is permissible. It is forbidden to leave foreign objects on the stairwells, littering the entrance hall, and also to leave stairwells and corridors unlit at night.
