Chocolate is one of the most popular and favorite pastry dishes. With moderate use, this delicacy can, on average, extend the life of a year and maintain youth. The content of catechins - natural antioxidants - prevents the penetration of free radicals into cells; flavonoids block platelet adhesion, which in turn prevents blood clots from forming. Professor of American University K. Keen believes that the use of chocolate has a positive effect on the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Phenol and stearic acid help keep the vessels in a good, “clean” state. Here, I would also like to mention the presence of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium, which provides brain nutrition and helps to strengthen bone tissue.

So chocolate. Home recipe. We will need:
- 1 liter of milk;
- 250 g of dark chocolate;
- 3 tbsp. l potato starch, a small pinch of hot pepper.
We dilute starch with slightly warm milk (50 ml). The rest of the milk is sent to the stove on a small fire. There we add a bar of chocolate, after breaking it. Heat until chocolate is completely dissolved, then pour the starch with milk. Heat until thick, pour a pinch of pepper. We drink hot!
