A few words about the dish
This salad is not quite the usual name - "Mushroom glade." His recipe among the people is far from one and includes many variations. The main thing is that whole mushrooms are involved in the appearance of the dish . Salad is formed in layers. Their number and composition can be arbitrary. In addition to the main ingredient, meat of different varieties and hard cheese are used. Mayonnaise or sauce based on it is used as dressing.
"Mushroom meadow" in a simple way
So, the simplest version of the salad is "Mushroom Glade." His recipe is this. Boil 450 g of meat, taking for this beef fillet. If using pork, cut off the fat. Cook it in salted, spiced water. Then cook the first dish on the broth, cool the meat and cut it across the fibers into cubes. You can still add it, pepper or sprinkle with ready-made seasonings. Take 150 g of hard cheese - grate it on a coarse grater. And the third ingredient is mushrooms, because we have the corresponding food - “Mushroom Glade”. The recipe for this version of the salad recommends using a jar (300 g) of
pickled mushrooms: their taste is more piquant than that of boiled or fried. Leave, if they are large, pieces 8-9 for decoration, cut the rest. Take a bunch of greens (onion feathers, dill, parsley), chop finely. Now do this: mix all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise. mushrooms or other fungi, only whole, with large hats. Leaving a little for decoration, chop the rest quite large. Secondly, you need ham - 350 g. Chicken meat is also suitable for it. To make it tastier, first beat it off a little, then marinate in vinegar and spices and fry. After cooling, cut into pieces. Thirdly, take 3 potatoes and as many eggs - boil, cool, peel, cut into cubes. If you want, add more ingredients such as prunes (seedless, pour boiling water over it, chop) - a handful and carrots (boil 2 pieces, cut into cubes). And a bunch of feathers of onions and other herbs.
