If a citizen has complaints from people living nearby, it is imperative to reflect them, describe the relations established with neighbors, facts (if, of course, this was) of alcohol or drug abuse, observance or non-observance of hostel standards. We must not forget about the positive aspects, such as social activities, aimed at improving the yard or home. Any positive information, as well as negative, should be described in detail in the household characteristic.
Of course, one of the last steps will be collecting signatures. Check several times so that everyone who is indicated in the specification subscribes. The household characteristics must be certified by the employees of the Housing Office or the partnership of homeowners. As a rule, this document is certified by the district inspector, whose signature and seal will prove the reliability of the content of the document and its compliance with reality.
