  • Russian cheese - 200 g;
  • raisins - 50 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • prunes - 14 pcs.;
  • walnut - 50 g;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • mayonnaise - 1 large package;
  • cognac - 50 ml;
  • raw carrots - 2 pcs.;
  • cranberry;
  • green onions.

β€œClock” is an unusual salad, therefore, we begin to prepare it not with the preparation of products, but with the preparation of dressing. Garlic is peeled, crushed through a press and mixed with mayonnaise, a spoonful of cognac is added and set aside so that the components get used to each other. Prunes and raisins are placed in separate bowls and poured with the resulting liquid, left to infuse for at least half an hour. Peel the carrots and rub on a medium-sized grater, mix with raisins - this mass will be the first layer of salad. He is smeared with dressing and proceed to the next.
