Of course, the population has their favorite snacks. Salad "Flagship" is one of the ten most popular in the holiday menu. This is due to the fact that it is tasty, satisfying, looks spectacular on the table, and in addition, the ingredients can vary from quite budget to super expensive. The characteristic features of this salad is the presence of fish (or seafood) and the layered arrangement of the components.

Flagship Salad with Red Fish

In this recipe, it is recommended to use smoked red fish - salmon or salmon. For 200 g of this product you will need 2 tomatoes, 3 eggs, cheese - 100 g, mayonnaise, green onions and ripe pomegranate seeds for decoration.

Cool boiled eggs cleaned, divided into proteins and yolks. Grate the latter finely on a grater, and cheese and protein - on a coarse one (moreover, each product must be rubbed separately and put into an individual container). Cut the fish into small thin slices, washed tomatoes - into small cubes. Spread prepared foods in layers on a dish, spreading each with mayonnaise. Follow the following procedure: fish, yolks, tomatoes, cheese, proteins.
Do not grease the top layer with mayonnaise; instead, garnish with finely chopped green onions, pomegranate seeds or tomatoes. Before use, the flagship salad should stand for an hour and a half, so that all components are well saturated.

Alternative recipe

The set of products for this option is identical to the previous one, only instead of smoked fish, a can of canned pink salmon is taken, and when decorating the salad, not pomegranate seeds are used, but pitted olives.

Peel the fish from skin and bones and knead with a fork to a more or less uniform state, prepare the remaining products for incorporation into the salad, similar to the previous recipe. The layers are laid and coated entirely in the same way as previously described, only whole or olives cut into rings are used as decoration. In principle, this variation of salad is cheaper than the previous and the next recipes.

In this case, 200 g of slightly salted red fish and peeled shrimp, 2 eggs, 4 tomatoes, 150 g of hard cheese and greens will be required. Cut fish and tomatoes into small cubes. Grate the yolks separated from the proteins on a fine grater, cheese and proteins on a large grater, use shrimps whole.
The order of food is standard: fish, yolks, then tomatoes, cheese, at the end of the squirrel. Lubricate all layers (the last one) with mayonnaise, decorate the Flagman salad on top with finely chopped greens and shrimps.

Seafood option

But how to cook Flagman salad without fish at all: 400 g of shrimp and 100 g of crab sticks, egg, pickled gherkins, half a can of seedless olives, lemon juice, mayonnaise, soy sauce.

Peel the shrimps cooked in salt water and chop finely, and chop the crab sticks, gherkins (pieces 6-7) and the steep peeled egg in small cubes, chop the olives with rings. Mix lemon juice, as well as soy sauce and mayonnaise until smooth. Insert all prepared products. Mix gently. By the way, this is one of the few recipes for the flagship salad, in which the principle of layering is violated.
