  6. Cool and whip cream, you can use ready-made store-bought whipped cream without sugar. Put cream in rice and mix.
  7. Divide the rice mixture into two parts, then each into two more. Arrange the plates in two in the form of cutlets, pour the cooked orange syrup.
  8. Sprinkle plates and rice patties with pre-cooked pink sugar.
