Canned peach is a product that both children and adults love. In cooking, it is successfully used to prepare all kinds of dishes, with it you can decorate any dessert. With canned peaches, salads are also prepared, which differ in a piquant taste due to the combination of sweet fruit with salty and spicy ingredients.
Salad with canned peach, chicken and cheese
The taste of this puff salad will not leave indifferent any of your guests. To prepare it, take:
- 1 can (425 ml) of canned peaches;
- 1 can (425 ml) of canned champignons;
- 100 g of hard cheese (any);
- 200-250 g of chicken (you can turkey) meat;
- 3 chicken eggs;
- about 300 g of mayonnaise;
- 1 head of onion;
- vinegar, salt, sugar (for pickling onions).
Boil chicken (do not forget to salt the water) and tear with your hands. Cut peaches, mushrooms, and boiled eggs into cubes. Grate the cheese on a grater (preferably large). Chop and pickle onions. To prepare the marinade, mix vinegar and water (1: 1), drop a pinch of salt and sugar. Put prepared foods on the dish in layers in the following order: pickled onions, meat, eggs, mayonnaise, mushrooms, peaches, mayonnaise, grated cheese. If desired, the dish can be decorated with green onions or olives on top.
Salad with shrimp
This salad with canned peach will appeal to lovers of seafood. To prepare it, you need the following ingredients:
- 150 g canned peaches;
- half a head of Beijing cabbage;
- 200 g of shrimp (unpeeled);
- 150 g of green beans;
- mayonnaise, pepper, salt to taste.
Boil the shrimp for one minute in boiling salted water and, after cooling, clean. Beans also boil in salted water until soft and chop coarsely. Tear Beijing cabbage with your hands. Put all the prepared ingredients in a salad bowl, add the halves of peaches and season with mayonnaise. Also, don't forget to add pepper and salt to taste.
Canned Peach and Cucumber Salad
Light, colorful and healthy salad will surely appeal to those who do not like mayonnaise. For cooking, you need such products:
- 250 g canned peaches;
- 4 fresh cucumbers;
- half green hot pepper;
- 2 tbsp. lies. peach syrup;
- 1 tbsp. lies. lemon juice;
- 2 tbsp. lies. mustard;
- 2 tbsp. lies. olive oil;
- green onions, green lettuce and optionally any other herbs in arbitrary quantities.
Cut the peaches into cubes, cucumbers into circles. Rinse lettuce leaves, let dry and tear by hand. Chop greens not very finely. Place prepared foods in a salad bowl, pour sauce and mix. To prepare the sauce in a separate bowl, mix until smooth the oil, mustard, lemon juice, peach syrup, add green pepper and beat the mixture with a blender. Serve the salad immediately after cooking.
Peach Salad
Very tasty and quite easy to prepare appetizer, which will be the original decoration of the festive table. The following ingredients will be required:
- 1 can of peaches (850 ml);
- 3 tbsp. lies. maize;
- 1 chicken fillet;
- mayonnaise;
- green onions.
Finely chop the boiled fillet and green onions and put in a salad bowl. Add the corn there and season all with mayonnaise. Put the resulting salad into halves of canned peaches. Decorate as you wish.
