- Penalties Sometimes the previous owner of the car sells it by general power of attorney. A car recycling program has been around for several years. Recently, the state introduced new changes, according to which the discount amount for the purchase of a new car in 2015 will be 40 thousand rubles. It should be remembered that this amount is not issued to the hands.
The car recycling program is gaining ground. This situation is predetermined by a number of circumstances. For example, an increase in the number of road accidents, which is why cars are not able to move normally. In some cities of Russia there are quite a lot of service sites with the main task - the treatment of cars in scrap metal. Consequently, many unlucky owners have a problem: in what place is it possible to dispose of a car and how will this happen?
Program Terms
The conditions of the car recycling program are as follows. When accepting a machine for recycling, it must meet the following requirements: year of production - no later than 2010; the operation period for one owner is not less than 12 months; all important machine parts are available. A Russian-made machine or a foreign one, but with assembly in our country, is suitable for the recycling program.
Program Stages
It should be pointed out that it is supposed to dispose not only cars, but also motorcycles, scooters and other mobile means. - After removing non-metallic parts and electrical equipment, you need to free yourself from the liquids existing in the machine. Over time, they can damage parts made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. There is another task - the preservation of the natural environment - petrochemical products are very toxic and toxic.
- At the last stage, the base of the machine, which is completely freed from additional elements, is sent under the press. The metal body is compressed, and then sent for remelting.
2017 car list
From the beginning of 2017, the next car recycling program is coming into force, from which great returns are expected. What changes have already begun to occur? It is known that this year the list of cars under the recycling program will be replenished with new brands and car manufacturers. Moreover, both Russian and foreign. It is known that while Russian cars (or those collected in the territory of the Russian Federation) are subject to recycling - these are the conditions of the recycling program. Which cars are currently included in the program:
- Lada cars - 50 thousand rubles. (all models);
- UAZ - from 90 to 120 thousand rubles. (depending on the model);
- GAZ - passenger cars - 175 thousand rubles; trucks - 350 thousand rubles;
- Opel - from 40 thousand rubles. up to 140 thousand rubles. (depending on the model);
- Sang-young - 120 thousand rubles. (all models);
- Peugeot - 50 thousand rubles. (all models);
- Renault - from 25 thousand rubles. up to 40 thousand rubles. (depending on the model);
- Nissan - from 40 thousand rubles. up to 90 thousand rubles. (depending on the model);
- Volkswagen - from 50 thousand rubles. up to 90 thousand rubles. and so on.
How to rent a car for recycling
Renting a car under a recycling program is a rather complicated undertaking, requiring a number of actions. So, a car owner who has decided to turn in his car for recycling needs to carry out the following chain of measures:
- Hand over the decommissioned car to the dealer.
- The police must draw up a document for recycling, where funds are paid for carrying out this process (the cost of registration is about three thousand rubles).
- Transfer the recycling document, a copy of the receipt of the disposal funds to the dealer.
- Choose another car.
- Get a subsidy to buy a new car.
- Submit to the dealer the available documents for the subsidy and certificate of disposal of the old machine.

Then the dealer draws up documents for the new car and passes them along with the car to the owner.
Other disposal methods
It should be noted that disposal is not possible in all cases. For example, it cannot be carried out if some parts of the car are missing. In this case, it remains possible to sell cars for scrap in the secondary market. In addition, the car can be transferred to spare parts, because the decommissioned car still has suitable parts. Until 1991, old cars can be tried to transfer to museums of Soviet technology.
The above methods for implementing the old car have positive and negative sides. However, it should be noted that the disposal of the car in any case seems to be the most profitable measure both from the financial side and from the legal one.
Paperwork
When disposing of a car, the necessary step is paperwork. The owner of the machine will remain its owner until then, until the appropriate government authorities make a transfer for disposal. You can do this in the capital, in each service center that processes used cars. To do this, you need to visit the traffic police and issue a certificate stating that the car will be disposed of soon and its activity is not implied in the future.
To obtain such a certificate, you must take the original and a copy of the vehicle’s passport, your personal passport from the STSI. The police file an application for the purchase of a proper certificate. After completing the necessary steps, you will receive the necessary documents, including a certificate confirming the decision of the owner of the machine to dispose of it in the service center. Title will be in the police.
