Many novice chefs believe that such a dessert can only be purchased in cafes or shops. However, experienced chefs know that berry mousse is an exclusively homemade delicacy that does not require the use of expensive products, and also does not take much time.
So how to make the mentioned dessert, if before that you have not encountered it? To do this, we strictly adhere to the following recipe requirements.
So, to make berry mousse on your own, you need to purchase:
- large soda strawberries - 2 cups;
- icing sugar - 1 cup;
- fresh fat milk - 2.5 cups.
Cooking process

To make it, the main ingredient should be placed in a deep container, and then covered with icing sugar. In this form, the products need to be beaten to a homogeneous state by means of a submersible blender.
As soon as strawberries with sugar are converted into a lush mass, fresh fat milk is gradually poured into it. After repeating the whipping procedure (for several minutes), you should get an air berry mousse, which must be placed in a bowl or any other containers, and then sent to the refrigerator.

- fresh raspberries - about 150 g;
- non-acidic black currant - 150 g;
- small sugar - 80 g;
- egg white - 1-2 pcs.

To implement the recipe in question, you must first process the main components. Currants and raspberries are carefully sorted and rinsed in cold water. Then they are laid out in a fine sieve and rubbed with a pushing tool. In this case, all the juice with pectin substances should be at the bottom, and cake with seeds - at the top. We will not need the latter. It can be thrown away or used to make compote.
As soon as the berry juice is ready, proceed to the processing of egg whites. When chilled, they are placed in a deep bowl, after which they are thoroughly beaten with a mixer.
Having achieved splendor of mass and resistance of peaks, sugar is added to proteins and previously prepared juice is added. In this composition, the ingredients are again whipped at the highest speed.

- garden strawberries - 1 glass;
- gelatin - 1 small spoon;
- drinking water - ½ cup;
- small sugar - 2/3 cup;
- blackberry - ½ cup.
How to cook?
In the preparation of such a cream for the cake there is nothing complicated. First, you should sort and wash the berries, and then beat them with a blender along with fine sugar. After a lush and sweet mass is formed in the bowl, natural yogurt is gradually added to it and they continue to mix intensively with a mixer.
So that the berry mousse does not drip during the preparation of the homemade cake, it is recommended to add a little gelatin to it. To do this, put it in a small bowl and fill it with drinking water. As soon as the gelatin swells, it is put on fire and slowly heated (without bringing to a boil).
Continuing to whip the mixture consisting of yogurt, strawberries, sugar and blackberries, a warm gelatin mixture is gradually poured into it. After obtaining a homogeneous mass, it is sent to the refrigerator for 5-7 minutes. After this time, berry mousse can be safely applied to cakes using a culinary spatula.
