At the motor show in the Swiss city of Geneva, which was held in March 2011, a new series of purebred exclusive cars from the Lamborghini company - Lamborghini Aventador debuted. The author of the design was Felippo Perini. The model is named after the bull (as always with this manufacturer) for its courage in the arena and the victory in one of the most bloody battles in history, held in the city of Zaragoza. Cars manufactured by Lamborghini have never been famous for the presence of advanced modern electronic equipment. However, in the new series, 3D navigation, an MMI information system, touch displays, and many other options were installed.
But these are not the main advantages of the Lamborghini Aventador - the driving characteristics here are simply impressive. The car has an engine that develops 700 “horses” with a volume of 6.5 liters. Thanks to this, in 2.9 seconds, the novelty accelerates to hundreds. The manufacturer decided that a total of four thousand copies of the model will be released. At the end of April last year, Lamborghini Aventador appeared on the domestic market, where its price starts from 17.6 million rubles.
Lamborghini Aventador J 2012 is a unique car that was produced only in a single copy. In connection with such exclusivity, according to some unofficial data, a happy buyer paid for such a pleasure an amount of one million euros, and for others - two million. It should be noted that the Italian company Lamborghini in this case violated its principles, and for the first time did not even release a copy of the machine for its location in its own museum.
The first public appearance of this modification of the Lamborghini Aventador took place during the exhibition in Geneva in 2012. The car is a bright red open-top speedster. One cannot but focus on the fact that the Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4, which was introduced a year earlier, became the prototype for this model. The basic version, unlike the new items, is now successfully sold in the European and American markets. The cost of a car in Europe is 255 thousand euros, while in America - 388 thousand dollars.
In order to create such a unique and exclusive car, the engineers first removed the roof of the Lamborghini Aventador, after which they added a number of touches. An interesting feature is the lack of also a windshield in this car. Instead, two small windshields are used here. The rear-view mirror is somewhat reminiscent of a periscope (by fixing it on a retractable handle). The car is designed for two people. Its dimensions are 4890x2030x1110 millimeters in length, width and height, respectively.
The maximum speed of the novelty is 300 km / h. It develops a 691-horsepower 12-cylinder gasoline engine. The designers removed the navigation equipment and climate control, which allowed to significantly reduce the total weight, which now amounted to only 1575 kilograms. The final result of all this was the birth of a revolutionary new, sports, bright car. Unfortunately, only one person on the planet will be able to boast of its presence in his garage.
