And today you can’t buy such goodies for cheap, so we ’ll try to recall with you the recipe for cottage cheese and cottage cheese and prepare it yourself.

So, how to cook classic juices with cottage cheese ?. To do this, prepare the following ingredients:

  • For the test: a third cup of sugar, 100 grams of ordinary margarine, 1 egg white and 3 yolks, one cup of sour cream, 3 times more flour and salt, vanillin and baking powder.
  • For the filling: 500 grams of cottage cheese (preferably high fat content), 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 egg whites remaining from the dough, just 2 tablespoons of flour and a little vanillin.

To get really tasty juices, try to strictly observe the cooking technology, which consists in the following:

  • Dough: soften the margarine and rub it until white with sugar and protein. Then, add the yolks and other ingredients here, and in parts, carefully pouring the flour, knead the soft dough and remove it for 15-20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Filling: after all components are mixed into a homogeneous mass, let it stand. Enough of the time it takes to roll out the dough, the thickness of which should be no more than half a centimeter.

Preparation: cut the circles with an ordinary glass, put in the center 2 teaspoons of the filling, fold the circles in half, not pinching the edges, but only slightly taking them. It remains only to put the juices on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil or covered with baking paper and send the pies to the oven, heated to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. The readiness of the juicers is determined by the appearance of the browned dough.

Some mothers complain that their children do not eat curd dishes. If you have such a problem, we offer a recipe for juices with cottage cheese, which is cut in the form of a sun. These pies consist of two whole circles with a filling in the middle, superimposed on each other. We do not press the edges, but carefully make cuts with a knife.
