In the economy of the Russian Federation, agriculture is of utmost importance. Sustainable development of rural areas for 2014-2017 involves the creation of basic conditions for the implementation of the development process. This suggests that, first of all, the needs of residents should be satisfied. Particular emphasis is placed on the young population. Implementation of the project begins with the improvement of settlements, which includes the construction of social and engineering infrastructure.
