Dagestan, the flag of which will be described in this article, is a republic of the Russian Federation. The initial version of this state symbol was adopted in 1994. Subsequently, the panel itself underwent some changes, and by 2003 they were officially recorded. Until that time, the country did not have its own symbols, since it was part of other state associations.
