Odintsova Lyudmila Ivanovna (married to Shvetsova) was born in Alma-Ata in September 1949. Lyudmila Shvetsova became a prominent Soviet and Russian political and statesman.

Before becoming the deputy chairman of the State Duma of the sixth convocation, Lyudmila Shvetsova went a long and successful path. The first of the most significant posts was the chairman of the Central Council of the V.I. Lenin All-Union Pioneer Organization at the Central Committee of the Komsomol - from 1983 to 1986. Awards and titles were not long in coming as a result of work as the deputy mayor under the Moscow government from 2000 to 2011. She was the president of the Knowledge Society, Ph.D. in Political Science, Professor, Head of the Department of Gender Studies, Russian State Humanitarian University (The Theory of Women's Equality and Leadership).
As a secretary of the Komsomol Central Committee, Lyudmila Shvetsova worked not only with youth and children's organizations, but was the curator of VSSO (All-Union Student Construction Units), and subsequently of the ULC movement. She also took an active part in the preparation and organization of the 1980 Olympics and the 1985 World Youth Festival, for which she was awarded the Order of Honor and the Red Banner of Labor.

Lyudmila Shvetsova received it fully, since she was born in the family of a military man, a valiant participant in the Great Patriotic War, Ivan Vasilievich Odintsov, who was awarded many orders and medals, which accompanied all the successes of his daughter until 2002, that is, almost his whole life. Lyudmila's mother, Vera Grigoryevna, was an English teacher and left this world early - in 1972, when her daughter was still a student.
Study and formation
Since his father was a military man, he had to live and study in different places. Shvetsova Lyudmila Ivanovna graduated from a school in Rostov-on-Don with a silver medal and a direction from the CPSU regional committee at MGIMO and the theater school, because while still a schoolgirl, she successfully conducted children's television broadcasts.
However, she did not take advantage of the recommendations of the regional committee, but became a designer for aircraft construction at the Antonov Design Bureau, graduating from the Kharkov Aviation Institute in 1973. It did not work for a long time in the specialty: in 1975, Lyudmila Shvetsova, whose biography is almost completely connected with state activity, goes to Komsomol work in Kiev. First, she is the secretary of the Komsomol district committee, then she is entrusted with the head of the youth department, and, finally, she is the secretary of the Central Committee of the Komsomol of Ukraine.

Since 1986, Shvetsova Lyudmila Ivanovna has been in the secretariat of the USSR Armed Forces and the Congress of People's Deputies. Since 1989, he has been the head of the department of awards, since 1990 he has been appointed head of the apparatus. In 1991, he worked as chairman in the Committee of the Cabinet of Ministers of the USSR for Women and Family Affairs.
At the same time since 1986 he is a member of the CPSU Audit Commission and since 1990 - a member of the CPSU Central Committee. In 1992, Lyudmila Shvetsova leads the general expertise group in the economic council of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, works as an adviser in the commercial structure, and becomes president of several foundations and information and publishing blocks.

Since 1994, he has been managing the department in the Moscow government under the leadership of Yu. M. Luzhkov, responsible for social and interregional relations. In 1997 he defended his thesis at the graduate school of the RSUH on the topic of integration into the politics of women. Since 1998, it has been a member of the Fatherland political movement created by Luzhkov. Already in 2000, Lyudmila Shvetsova became the first deputy of Yu. M. Luzhkov in the social sphere. It was in these and subsequent years that the country's social policy acquired clearly pro-Western features, especially in juvenile justice. After the loss of confidence in Russian President D. A. Medvedev and the resignation of Yu. M. Luzhkov, all members of the Moscow government should have been replaced by new ones.
In the list of candidates for mayor, along with Sergei Sobyanin , Lyudmila Shvetsova from United Russia also ran for. After an unconditional victory, he did not replace Lyudmila Shvetsova as deputy mayor for the social bloc. Personal life
In the personal life of a prominent statesman and politician, the constant loss of relatives was haunted. Her coeval died at the age of forty-five - her husband Anatoly Andreyevich Shvetsov. He died in 1994. Ten years later, in 2004, Lyudmila Shvetsova was left completely alone.
