Radicchio Salad with nuts
Ingredients:
- radio - 1 head;
- onion - 1 pc;
- garlic;
- nuts - 50 gr;
- olive oil butter - 3 tbsp. l .;
- salt, spices.
Preparation: lettuce leaves โcarelesslyโ tear into medium pieces and fry in a small amount of olive oil until soft. Fry the onion cut into half rings and add to the radishio. We put all this on a plate, sprinkle with nuts on top and season with sauce (chopped garlic mixed with olive oil and spices). Some still add freshly grated apples to this salad.
Italian Salad with Oranges
Ingredients:
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- orange, onion - 1 pc;
- celery - 200 gr;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
- grated fresh ginger - 1 tsp;
- sesame family - 1 tsp;
- lemon juice - 4 tbsp. l .;
- salt pepper.
Preparation: cut oranges into small cubes (and pour the selected juice into a bowl), lettuce into thin strips, onions into half rings, celery into small pieces, cheese into medium cubes. We mix all this in a large bowl and season with sauce. The sauce is prepared as follows: mix lemon and orange juice , add olive oil, ginger, salt, pepper and crushed garlic. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
