A pound of such products do not break very finely with our hands. But first, boil half a glass of poppy with boiling water. After about an hour, the grains will swell. Then it will be necessary to carefully filter out the water and pass the poppy through a meat grinder (or pestle in a mortar). In another bowl, steal a handful of raisins in the same way. We put the poppy seeds in a saucepan, mix with two tablespoons of plain or baked milk and 70 grams of honey. Cook for about 10 minutes until thickened, stirring constantly. Add strained raisins. Three zest from one lemon. Pour 50 grams of pine nuts. Mix.
