To prepare such a dish, you will need the following ingredients:
- fresh long-fruited cucumber - 2 pcs.;
- hard cheese of any kind - 205 g;
- canned pitted olives - a standard can;
- large red sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
- large chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- garlic - a small clove;
- aromatic spices - to taste;
- canned pink salmon - 1 jar;
- medium-fat mayonnaise - 3 large spoons;
- fresh red tomato - 2 large pcs.

To make a salad in the form of a watermelon, you should make a lot of effort and be sure to show creative imagination. First you need to prepare all the purchased ingredients in advance. To do this, take long-fruited fresh cucumbers and gently rub them on a grater. So that the dish does not “float”, it is recommended that the presented vegetable be kept in dishes for a quarter of an hour, and then squeezed out, almost completely depriving it of moisture. By the way, you should do the same with fresh tomatoes, only they need to be finely chopped.
