How to cook chicken salad with prunes?

There are recipes with mushrooms, with carrots and onions, with cucumbers, with cheese, walnuts, seasoned with mayonnaise or vegetable oil, stacked in layers or mixed. We will give two recipes for making such a salad, but both require boiling the chicken in salted water, and steaming the prunes in hot water.
Salad with pickles and walnuts
500g of boiled chicken (without skin), cut into slices or finely chopped, cut into strips 1 pickled cucumber, finely chopped or coarsely grate 2 boiled large eggs, cut into thin strips softened prunes, crush 1 cup walnuts. We put all the ingredients in a deep salad bowl, season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. We send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours, after which the salad can be served on the table.
Chicken Salad with Prunes and Hard Cheese
Finely chop the 400gr of chicken breast into cubes, also finely chop the 200gr of prune, and grind hard cheese 150g on a grater (preferably large or medium). We rub one carrot on a grater, finely chop 2 onions and fry all this in vegetable oil. After roasting, it is necessary to drain the remaining vegetable oil from vegetables. Next, lay all the ingredients of the salad in layers, which are lightly greased with mayonnaise. The first layer is chicken breast, then prunes, then carrots with onions, the last layer is cheese. Top can be decorated with prunes.
Meat salad with prunes in line
Soak 300 g of prunes (seedless) in hot water, then dry and cut into strips. 300g of boiled meat (beef) is cut into small cubes (not more than half a centimeter). Boil 3-4 large eggs and 2 large potatoes, cool and peel. We rub separately the yolk, separately the protein, and cut the potatoes in the same cubes as meat. We cut one head of onion thinly into half rings, rub one large sour apple on a grater (medium or large).
Lay the ingredients in layers: 1) potato, onion, egg white - poured with mayonnaise and mixed, 2) apple, 3) meat, 4) prune. Everything is poured with mayonnaise, and sprinkled with grated yolk. Lettuce leave for 2 hours at room temperature, and then remove for 4-5 hours to infuse in the refrigerator. Before use, you can decorate the salad with chopped herbs.
Salad with beets and prunes on weekdays
For the salad you will need 1kg of beets, 350gr of prunes, 1 cup of walnuts, a couple of cloves of garlic and mayonnaise. Beets must be thoroughly washed and boiled. A feature of cooking beets is that in order to maintain a saturated color, nothing needs to be cut off. Readiness is checked with a knife, if it enters freely into the pulp of beets, then it is time to turn it off, remove and cool. Grate the cooled beets. Finely chop the prunes into strips, crush the walnuts. You can chop the garlic finely, grate finely, or use garlic press. We mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise, decorate with finely chopped herbs or nuts.
