Before starting to prepare the cake, the butter must be at room temperature, so put it on the table an hour before cooking so that it melts and softens. You do not need to melt the oil in a bath or in the microwave, it must be of a solid consistency, but pliable, so that it mixes well with other ingredients.

Only 150 g of butter is sent to the flour, the rest - to the cream. By the way, leave half a glass of flour on the same custard to grease the cake.
