If you have fresh strawberries, you can eat it just like that or cook many different dishes. One of the most delicious desserts from this berry is strawberry pie. There are many recipes for this dish, they are very different, and everyone can choose the right one. Fresh strawberries are used for cooking, but it can quite successfully be replaced with jam from these berries. The base can be flour or protein - as you like. We offer several cooking options.
Strawberry Souffle Pie
Prepare the filling: Sprinkle 80 g of strawberries with 80 g of sugar, put on fire. When the mass boils, pour 60 g of starch, diluted in 100 g of cold water. After the mass boils again, remove from heat.
Prepare the dough: mix 100 g of sour cream, 40 g of sugar and 2 yolks. Sprinkle with salt and add 5g of baking powder. Pour 200g flour. Knead the dough and cover with a towel, remove to the side for 20 minutes.
Make a basis: roll out the dough and put it in a mold. Make a fork with a fork and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
To prepare a protein souffle: beat 2 chilled proteins with 40 g of sugar and 40 g of starch until a stable foam is formed.
To make a pie: put the strawberry mass on the base and cover with a protein souffle on top. Flatten with a spoon and put to bake for 10 minutes.
Strawberry Apricot Pie
Knead the dough, for which mix 600 g of flour with 2 eggs, 70 g of margarine, 150 g of kefir, 60 g of sugar, 80 g of warm water, 30 g of yeast, lemon zest and vanilla. Put it in heat for 2 hours. Wash 10 large strawberries and 10 apricots (by removing the seeds).
For the filling: 7 strawberries and 8 apricots cut into pieces. Mix 200 g of sour cream with 40 g of sugar, egg, vanilla and 40 g of flour. Roll out the dough, lay out, forming a side, in a form oiled. Place the cut berries on the dough, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and pour the sour cream mixture. Put on bake for 40 minutes. Halve the remaining apricots and strawberries. Garnish with them and peppermint leaves, sprinkle with powder.
Strawberry Meringue Pie
Put a pinch of salt in 2 egg whites , beat with a mixer, gradually adding 170 g of sugar to a thick foam. Pour 5g of lemon juice. Pour the protein mass into the mold and put in the oven for an hour. Then cool.
Mix 40 g of starch with 40 g of water and 5 g of lemon juice. Put 200g of strawberries in a saucepan and pour 100g of water. Boil and add a mixture of starch, put 20 g of margarine and 160 g of sugar. To hold on fire until a uniform thick state. Put 500g of strawberries in the cake, pour the strawberry-starch mixture and refrigerate.
Pie with strawberry jam, walnuts and sesame seeds
Sift 600g flour. Add to it 2 g of soda, 2 g of citric acid, 300 g of oil, 3 yolk, 80 g of sugar, 50 g of sour cream. Knead the dough. Divide it into 3 parts, put it in the refrigerator.
Grate 1 part on a coarse grater. Put on a sheet oiled. Drizzle with strawberry jam. Grate 2 parts and put in a second layer. Cut 200 g of strawberries, mix them with 100 g of sugar and 20 g of starch and grease the second part.
Beat 3 protein and grease strawberries with this mass. Grate on top 3 part and sprinkle with chopped nuts and sesame seeds. Bake for 45 minutes in the oven. Sprinkle with powder.
Strawberry tart with ground almonds
Pour 150 g of flour into a bowl and put 80 g of butter, cut into cubes, into it. Grind, gradually adding 50g of ground almonds and egg yolk. Roll the resulting dough into a ball. Give a little "rest." Roll into a sausage and cut into kruglyashami. Put on the form, fastening them together. Prick the dough with a fork, put in the refrigerator. After half an hour put in the oven for 15 minutes. Cool the cake and put on the wire rack.
Beat cream 200ml until thick, mix with 200g curd, icing sugar, vanilla and cool.
Put the whole cream on the base. Cut roughly 30-35 strawberries and place them on top. Sprinkle with powder. Good appetite!
