Gourmet Dessert - Walnut Cake

What kind of cakes are not in the world, but one of the most tender and many loved ones is a nut cake,   which is made from protein dough with nuts. This is not just a cake, but temptation and sophistication. Of course, you have to tinker, but the result is worth it. Any tea party will immediately become festive if you make such a dessert. And such a cake will certainly decorate the celebration. In order not to torment for a long time with the introduction, we will go straight to the recipes.

Walnut cake "Hut"

First, prepare the dough. To do this, take six proteins, beat them in a strong foam with vanilla and one and a half glasses of sugar. Then add two cups of walnuts and two tablespoons of flour. Gently mix until smooth. Important! You can mix in only one direction. It will turn out one cake, the second we do the same.

Form (d 28 cm) should be lined with paper and greased with oil, lay out the dough and slightly level it. Bake at 120 degrees for 2.5 to 3 hours, heat the oven in advance. Cool the cakes for four hours.

Meringue

Beat two squirrels with half a glass of sugar, then add a teaspoon of cocoa and half a glass of nuts. This can be done a few days before baking a cake.

Cream "Charlotte"

Pour four hundred ml of milk into the pan, add three hundred grams of sugar and put on fire. Add two tablespoons of milk to fourteen yolks and mix well. Pour boiling milk in a stream (very thin) into the yolks, constantly whipping. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and set on fire, stir constantly until thickened, but do not boil. Cooling down. We beat soft butter (500 g) with a white mixer and gradually introduce a mixture of milk with yolks and vanilla into this mass.

Cake assembly

From the cakes, you need to cut off the upper hard crust, it can be used for decoration. With the flat side down, put the cake in the baking dish. We impregnate with three tablespoons of rum and coat with cream, soak the second as well. If necessary, you can even out the cream and trimmings. We put the second cake flat side up, lightly grease with cream and glue a napkin. Turn the form over, gently pressing it, then remove it. Then you need to mix two tablespoons of the cream with a teaspoon of cocoa, mix well. Well grease the cakes on all sides with cream.

Next around the circumference of the cake at an equal distance we put six points, which are connected by arcs. We draw chocolate cream along these arcs . At the points of intersection we place small meringues, large in the center, and staggered on the sides. Sprinkle with roasted slightly chopped nuts. Put the nut cake in the refrigerator for six hours.

Italian Nut Cake

This is an exquisite treat, especially for lovers of nuts, chocolate and cream.

First you need to beat eight proteins and three hundred grams of sugar to a strong foam, add three hundred grams of walnuts (peeled and chopped) and two teaspoons of flour. Mix the mixture thoroughly and divide into six parts.

Next, you need to line the form with paper and spread the dough with a thin layer. Each cake is baked in the oven for ten minutes at 220 degrees. Five cakes should be smeared with melted chocolate while they are still warm. Take chocolate for an amateur - from 50 to 100 grams. If you want, you can make only three cakes with chocolate, and then collect the cake, alternating white and chocolate.

Separately, beat half a liter of cream without sugar. Then you can collect the cake, smearing each cake with cream and sprinkling with grated chocolate (50.0). Put white cake on top and garnish with cream, chocolate chips and nuts.

These amazing cakes can be baked from nuts. Moreover, walnuts can be replaced, for example, with almonds, then you will get a completely different dessert, but still a nut cake.
