Chop feta cheese or crumble. Mix the chicken mixture with cheese, salt and pepper. We cover the dish with lettuce, on which we spread our mixture. All watered with olive oil.

Salad with feta cheese and fish

Fish is necessary for a healthy diet, but most of the dishes prepared from it have already become boring. This salad will be a great alternative and will delight you with its taste. We prepare three hundred grams of any fish fillet, two hundred grams of feta cheese, one green apple and lemon, a small onion, fresh or pickled cucumber, lettuce, dill and sour cream. Boil fish for salad, fry or steam as desired. Cut the finished fillet into strips. Peel the apple and cut into strips. Cut the cucumber into small pieces. Cut the peeled onions in half rings. Greens chopped. We mix all the ingredients. We cover the flat dish with lettuce and spread the prepared mixture in the middle. Sprinkle with sour cream or skim yogurt on top and sprinkle with dill.

Cheese and Olive Salad

To make this salad you will need five hundred grams of feta cheese, one hundred grams of olives, three tomatoes, onion, cilantro, three cloves of garlic, parsley, juice of half a lemon.
