Divide into 9 balls, of which we roll out and bake cakes. Each will be in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Let's make cream for a shortbread cake with condensed milk. To do this, in a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate with jam and coffee. Allow to cool and mix well with sour cream. We put in the refrigerator until the cakes are at room temperature.
