When the lever is rotated all the way, the carburetor flap must be closed, by which the amount of air is regulated. Please note that during adjustment it is necessary that with the air damper closed, the primary chamber should be ajar no more than 0.8 millimeters. To adjust the accelerator pump, you need to turn the lever ten times that controls the throttle valves. At the same time, gasoline that leaves the sprayer must be collected in a beaker, with the help of which the volume is then measured. The maximum value should be 8.75 cubic centimeters. Please note that before starting the test, you need to pump the pump with the lever so that all the channels are filled to the maximum. Carburetor repair kit

Please note that with the apparent uniformity of all carburetors, the repair kit can be very different. When heading to the store to purchase a repair kit, you need to pay attention not only to the car model, but also to the type of carburetor itself. In other words, if you have Solex installed, the Ozone carburetor repair kit is simply not suitable for you. Usually in a repair kit there are two gaskets that are between the parts of the carburetor. It also includes fuel and air jets, accelerator pump sprays, a needle valve, a thimble-like fuel filter, and a spring. You can adjust the VAZ-2101 carburetor only if all its elements are suitable for use. In addition, the repair kit should have several rubber rings. Please note that you must buy original kits that are manufactured in our country, and not in China.
