How to make shrimp salad?

To start, carefully select the products. First of all, take up the selection of shrimp. It is advisable to purchase small shrimp so that it is convenient to eat. If you want to save, then buy unpeeled shrimp, they will cost much cheaper than peeled, and you can cope with their cleaning yourself. However, if you are in a hurry, and a simple shrimp salad needs to be prepared urgently, it is better to purchase peeled shrimp. For salad, you will need about 300 grams of this product.

This amount is enough to prepare a salad for about five to six servings. If you need more, count. Next, you need to purchase two tomatoes. It is advisable that they be as fresh as possible. Choose medium in size. The next product is parmesan cheese in an amount of 100 grams. For dressing you may need mayonnaise and a few cloves of garlic.

After you have purchased all the products, unfreeze the shrimp and put them to cook. While the shrimp is boiling, prepare all other foods. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
