Under the Belgian Monroe brand, a wide range of shock absorbers is available. Details of this particular production are used in more than 98% of the global automotive industry models. Monroe shock absorbers are sold in more than one hundred and fifty countries. The European division of the company owns four plants. 90,000 shock absorbers roll off the assembly line daily. The annual production volume is 19 million parts.
"Monroe" - shock absorbers that have passed quality control. During the manufacturing process, parts are tested at one hundred and sixty-five control points. This greatly contributes to improving product quality, increasing the level of reliability and durability. Monroe shock absorbers are used by such well-known car manufacturers as RENAULT, FORD, AUDI, ISUZU, MITSUBISHI, MERCEDES, NISSAN, VOLKSWAGEN and others.
Monroe shock absorbers ORIGINAL
The products of this series are practical and reliable. The racks are specifically designed to replace standard shock absorbers mounted on a vehicle. Thus, the wear of the suspension of the machine is compensated . This series is designed specifically for replacement.
Monroe REFLEX shock absorbers
This series includes new generation products. Shock absorbers increase the stability of the machine, maintain a safe trajectory of its movement. This together ensures the safety of the driver and passengers. According to surveys, Monroe REFLEX shock absorbers are preferred by about seventy-eight percent of motorists.
The products of this series contribute to an increase in tire grip. Thus, the course of the car becomes more stable and, accordingly, safer.
The shock absorbers are based on a system known as the Double Disc. A special group of valves is provided in the design, which has additional capabilities for regulating the oil supply against the background of a fairly low piston speed. The Double Disc system provides a higher level of shock absorber stiffness at very low rod speeds. This is especially true in dangerous situations: braking or rearrangement. Thus, it becomes possible to control every movement of the machine.
The Double Disc valve system can pass various amounts of oil through itself. This, in turn, helps to have the necessary rigidity at any given moment in accordance with the traffic situation.
Monroe Adventure Shock Absorbers
This series was developed specifically for modern four-wheel drive cars. Adventure shock absorbers perform the job perfectly to ensure a reliable position and stability in off-road conditions, as well as the necessary traction. These products replaced the Gaz-Magnum model, which was produced for about twelve years. For the new series, a single-tube design was chosen.
Many SUVs use a short-stroke suspension. Moreover, the limited length of single-tube shock absorbers in such cases is not an obstacle to its installation. In addition, manufacturers improved the shock absorber model, increasing reliability and improving performance.
Today about one hundred and forty-nine different models from the Adventure series roll off the assembly line. This represents ninety-seven percent of the world's total SUV fleet.
Monroe VAN-MAGNUM shock absorbers
This series includes hydraulic models that are designed specifically for light vehicles. These vehicles are commonly referred to Ford Transit, Gazelle and other commercial models of minibuses. The shock absorbers of the VAN-MAGNUM series are intended for cars whose weight is from two to three and a half tons. Details significantly improve the performance of the suspension due to the presence of a special design of increased size.
