  • apple - 2 pcs.;
  • honey - 300 g;
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
  • granulated sugar - 2 tbsp. l

Practical part

First you need to cook the main ingredients: apples and pumpkin. They need to be washed, remove seeds and partitions. Then cut into small slices, so that it is convenient to grind and make mashed potatoes with a blender or meat grinder.

Prepared mashed potatoes, brought to a homogeneous mass, need to be transferred to a saucepan and add cinnamon, ginger, as well as honey. Stir the resulting pumpkin-apple mass and put on a pre-prepared baking sheet, which should be covered with parchment and smeared with a layer of sunflower oil.

  • orange - 1 pc.;
  • pumpkin - 0.5 kg.

Rinse the pumpkin, cut the peel from it and remove the seeds with fibers. After that, the resulting pulp of the main ingredient must be crushed into small pieces. Pour two cups of boiling water into the multicooker bowl, and put previously prepared chopped pumpkin slices into a separate container for steaming. Cook for 10 minutes.

It should be washed and lowered in a bowl with boiling water for several minutes, in order to thus remove the wax with which citrus fruits are processed. After that, through a fine grater, remove the zest from the orange (without removing the white layer), then cut the fruit in half and squeeze the juice through the juicer.

After 10 minutes, the finished pulp of the pumpkin needs to be transferred to another dish and chopped with a blender or pusher to a homogeneous mass. Cooked orange juice and grated zest should be poured to the pumpkin mass and mix thoroughly. Then on a food film cut by the diameter of the drip tray of the dryer, lay a thin layer of pumpkin mass, no more than 5 mm in height. Then place the pallets in a dryer and dry for 6 hours.
