So, how is the tiramisu cookie made ? Recipe: to make cookies, you will need three raw eggs, 75 grams of regular sugar and 25 grams of powdered sugar, one glass of flour, potato starch, about 15 grams, lemon juice 1/8 teaspoon (can be replaced with vinegar), vanilla and salt - each to taste. The dough is prepared as follows. We take the eggs and carefully separate the proteins and yolks. A prerequisite is that the yolks do not get to the squirrels, otherwise the same cookie for tiramisu will not work. Next, salt and beat the whites, gradually adding part of the sugar. Whisk together to a dense consistency. Rub the yolks with the sugar that remains, add the vanilla and gently mix with the proteins. Now we sow flour, mix with starch and add the resulting egg mass to it. Ready dough should be sticky. Rolls it on polyethylene (then it will not stick to the rolling pin), divide it into pieces or strips to make cookies for tiramisu. Lay on a baking sheet, slightly warmed up and oiled.
